Sue Ellen Eisenberg presented at the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference to participate in a the Employment Law panel discussion with the Honorable Eric L. Clay presiding. She presented the case of EEOC v. Ford, which evaluates whether actual attendance is a requirement of work when considering telecommuting as an accommodation of a disability. A summary of the case and her analysis was provided to conference participants and is available online along with a supplement.
